Overall, my stay was quite mixed. The location is fantastic and really convenient for getting around, especially with theaters and parks nearby. The rooms were really small, and I found the noise from the courtyard quite distracting. The breakfast options could definitely use some improvement, but the staff had their moments of being helpful. The value you get seems fair given the location, though.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is outstanding, just a short walk from Central Park and the subway, which made exploring the city easy. While my room was clean and had necessary amenities, it was quite small and noisy due to being near the lift. The service varied; some staff were friendly and helpful, but others were not as attentive. Dining options were limited, with only a small voucher available for a coffee shop in the lobby.
